Shipping policy

We carefully pack and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it right to your door 🤍

Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days within British Columbia and 3–10 business days for the rest of Canada. Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or time of year. Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items, so please ensure your shipping details are correct.

We also ship internationally to select destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import fees are the customer's responsibility.

Local Pickup (Vancouver, BC)

If you’re local to Vancouver, you can skip the shipping and choose our free local pickup option. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and you’ll receive an email once your order is ready. Pickup details and location information will be included in that message. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days, and we kindly ask that you wait for your confirmation email before coming by 🤍
