blush and baggy is an online boutique created for tweens and teens who want more than just the mall, starting with a vancouver mom, her 12-year-old daughter, and a shared love for fashion and mall days. but we kept noticing the same thing - there just weren't enough stylish options for girls in that in-between stage. not quite kids, not quite adults... so where do they fit?
